This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which Driven Garage and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and contracted third-party providers ("Driven Garage", "We", or "Us") collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users ("You" or a "User") of the Driven Garage website. You must agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use to use the Site. If, after reading the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, You do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site collects and processes information of Users to run Our business and promote automotive experiences.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

Protecting Children's Privacy

The Site is intended to be used by individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If We become aware that We have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, We will promptly remove such information. California Do Not Track Notice

Many internet browsers have "Do Not Track" features which, when turned on, send a signal (the "DNT signal") to the websites a user visits that indicates the use does not want to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, and there is no common definition of "tracking", We do not currently respond to DNT signals on the Site. We engage in targeted behavioral advertising.

Neither Driven Garage, any subsidiary or affiliate, nor any employee, owner, director, trustee, employee, or contractor shall be held liable for any losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information. While We exert reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy and security of all information that is accessible, or accessed, through the Site, all Users acknowledge that electronic information is susceptible to unauthorized access, and that such information may be used, disclosed, modified or corrupted without authorization or unintentionally.

Limitation on Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. DRIVEN GARAGE HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, TRUSTEES, OWNERS AND CONTRACTORS ("DRIVEN GARAGE INDEMNITEES"), ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE JACKSON-DAWSON INDEMNITEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, CHARGES, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES OF WHATEVER NATURE AND HOWSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER ARISING INCLUDING THROUGH NEGLIGENCE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES OR OTHER LOSSES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES. Each User shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Jackson-Dawson Indemnitees from and against any loss, damage, claim, charge, demand, liability, or expense arising from or related to the use or failure to use the Site by such User, include costs related to introduction of viruses or other malware or a breach of privacy or security of the Site.

We have the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When We do, We will revise the "updated" date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how We collect and use Your information.
